swollen testicles

I had surgery on April 13th. Not much swelling or discomfort. Then I started to get discomfort on may 5th. Tonight may 12th I find my right testicle is 3 times the size of the left. Called on call doctor he says don't worry. Has anyone else had this happen so long after surgery. It is getting pretty uncomfortable. Also my back on right side is hurting. Thank you to any responses in advance.

Unfortunately, could still be easily in the realm of "normal" post surgery. Each person heals at a different speed for sure. It may have taken awhile for all the swelling to take place. Just keep in touch with your surgeon, in case it worsens. Could be the sign of an infection, but again, your doctor would know best there. Good luck as you continue to heal.
