Prostaglandin Issue

First, thanks for joining us, Second, check that you are describing the dosage properly. I suspect you are leaving out a period there. A full vial of standard prescription is 5 ml. I think you are using .5 ml or .10 ml and so on. If that is the case, then that's fairly standard does. Another way of looking at it, if using an insulin syringe, is each .10 ml is equal to 10 units on the syringe barrel.

IE: 1 unit = .01 ml
10 units = .10 ml
100 units = 1.0 ml

that said, there's a technique to doing this injection thing that some of us here use, to maximize the chances of success. Look at this thread:

this plump and prick method helps to standardize each injection, hopefully resulting in repeatable, successful erections. It takes some time to dial it in, so don't be discouraged. Good luck with your attempts. Also, are you using a pump or any of the ed pills in addition to the injection attempts? I don't mean at the same time, but a regular routine of using all three to help speed your nerve healing? Injections are just one part of a 3 part solution for most guys.

Depending on the thickness of your penis, you may need a shorter or longer needle. Standard sizes here are the 30 ga., 1/2 inch and the 31 ga. 5/16 inch needle. The advantage of using the plump is that when you insert the needle into the expanded cavity, you can actually feel when it is into the cavity, as the resistance drops to zero. I will get past the wall, then insert a little more and inject. Where you find the resistance to end will help you determine what length needle you need. Alternate sides, use the 2 and 10 positions, and inject midway or closer to the body from the head. Good luck.

One way to tell if you are 'in' the CorpusC is by how much resistance-pressing you need to do on the syringe plunger when injecting the fluid. If you don't make it thru the sheath then it will take a lot of pressing. If you are in, then it will be less pressure, just as if you were injecting into the air. So how to tell what the correct pressing feels like? Fill a syringe with some water and feel how much pressure it takes to inject into the air. Then go forth and do like wise with your PGE-1 solution. Sometimes when I start to inject if I feel it is too much resistance I will stop and dig in the needle some more and try again. So far 100% success over many hundreds of injections using the 'feel method'.

With your crazy working/not working episodes I would hope it was only due to needle depth not being right at times.
