Prostate Cancer and Medical Marijuana

I know that Medical Marijuana is most likely a controversial subject but after 3 sessions of chemo I'm starting to wonder about the true benefits of THC on SE's of chemo and PC, This morning I came across several websites that I'd like to share and if they're is any comments to be added please do.

I am sure some of these opinions maybe biased and or old fashion but there is also more reading to be done to get any kind of grip on what is really happening...big money interference?

I don't know but if my PC journey includes the pain and suffering that so many of our brothers have endured in our extreme situations but if and when it does get to that point; then maybe I'll be ready to make a real informed decision...

I just checked forum rules and #1 mentions Medical Marijuana but the rule was posted in 2004...surely the time has come for this subject to be allowed discussion in the year of 2012...delete it if you must.....

Time out on this one.

I have notified Peter to ask again his stance on this. He has shown some interest in the past to allow the cancer forums to open this discussion since we do have known evidence of legitimate cannibinoid use in the treatment of cancers.

But...

Until then it's off limits.

If you are interested, I know a few websites about this that I have seen presented, you can email me. At HW we try to limit this conversation due to the tendency of it getting out of hand and out of context. We're in the era where medicinal use of this drug is being wearily defined for hang nails when the law intended cancer patients and other chronic cases where conventional therapies fall short.

Stay tuned. If Peter's position is unchanged, I understand.
