few trimix questions
1. At times I have trouble getting my erections to go down after 2 hours. I mentioned this to my Uro and he didn't seemed concerned that much. Do other men have the same problem and if so what do they do to get it to go down? I have used Sudafed with good success. I reduced my dose to a good level where it works amost 100% when I inject properly so I dont want to reduce it more.

2. If you take a smaller dose than recommended and somehow you enject wrong and nothing happens, can you inject a second time as long as the combined doses dont go over the recommended dose.

Ive noticed that since injecting, I take a much longer time to ejaculate than before even though my penis is much more sensitive. Not complaining, but wondered if other men also experienced this.

I've just started injecting with only 11 attempts so far. Yes, I've had some injections that lasted over 2 hours and I don't like it because I get a fairly healthy ache from the PGE1. I'll probably go with bimix after my next visit with the uro. Because of this I've been working on minimizing the amount that I inject. If I keep the erection under one hour it isn't too bad. The last time I had a two plus hour injection on just four units when I normally would use six units. I injected differently and I believe that the quality of your injection has a lot to do with the amount of trimix you get into the corpus carvernousum. I'm still experimenting so I cannot really add much other than I do take sudafed at the two hour mark.

I don't believe you should inject again if nothing happens because I've had three misfires so far on adequate quantities of trimix. How would you know how much to inject? Is the lack of an erection due to not enough trimix or is it because you missed the x ring?

I too find it takes longer to achieve orgasm. I rarely achieve orgasm once the ache begins.

I don't think 2 hours is that unusual. 3 hours, and certainly 4, is a problem. The first time my doc trained me on trimix I didn't have a great reaction so he asked if I wanted him to inject a bit more, but I declined. Later I upped the dosage to the right amount. So in theory I think you can reinject if you haven't injected enough but I wouldn't recommend it for two reasons. First, it will be hard to inject just a tiny amount more. Second, you're increasing the chance for scar tissue to build up.

I would recommend just waiting until the next time and increasing the dose slightly. And it does get better (usually). I'm almost to the point that I don't even need trimix.

shipper, 2 hours should not be an alarming duration (4 hours definitely is). You can use ice to bring it down as well (depending on how strong it is).
