I'd like to get into a daily regimen for vitamin E, to prevent/reduce scarring from injections, and I'm wondering how much I should take? Any suggestions?

What have you read that makes you think it'll help for scaring?
Recommended daily intake:
15 mg/day for age 14 and older
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_E
Daily supplementation of vitamin E does not decrease the risk of prostate cancer and may increase it.

I really haven't heard much about
Vitamin E. Vitamin D3 seems to be the important vitamin to take from what has been discussed here.

Maybe the scarring you are referring to means surgical and wound scars. Vit E is used as a topical application to a wound or injury to reduce scarring and such. Never heard anything about
it and penile scaring from injections.

Dr. Mulhall says there is no evidence to indicate that injections cause scarring.

I am not referring to skin scarring; rather, internal scarring (Peyronie's). Vitamin E helps with that, I have been told.
As for vitamin D, what benefits does it provide?
