Got a call today to let us know that the mdv3100 will not be in until after July 23rd !! uggh Really!!!I asked so what day is the appointment I was told they will call after the medicine comes in cause all they know is it will be after the 23rd so we do not know when we will be starting it:( NHWIFE I will be looking forward to your updates I believe I will be alot more knowledgeable by the time we start this then the docs lol :)

Will be thinking about you guys. Hopefully you can find some peace in this turbulent time.

I am also a Gleason 9 and just assume that you are traveling a path that I may be on someday as well.

I hope you have a good support group in your family, church, etc. One thing you can count on is strong support with this group.

If you need to rant, vent, or whatever, we are here. Sometimes you may find emails are more suitable for some communications. Many members have them listed in their profiles.

sorry for the delay, i know first hand how aggervating that can be. hopefully you will be back on track again soon. hoping for the best for you guys

We'll beat the path for you. It still helps to know you'll be on that path. We'll keep you updated for sure. Hang in there - it's just a few days more but I know how frustrating that must be.

thank you everyone :) i just talked to our care manager at ctca and she said they are not sure when it will be but he will be getting the mdv yay!!!but when is the question :/ it is frustrating !!!!!!!!!! but doable . He is home today he is not feeling good and trying to get the pain under control again cuz he didnt take his pain meds yesterday (he does this often) because he thinks if he isnt hurting bad why take it then the pain gets worse I am sure some of you know all about that... so now its playing catch up today .

I'm sorry he is not feeling well. My husband does the same thing with his pain medication. I try to encourage him to take the medication when he has minimal pain because eventually it just gets worse. I hope by now his pain is under control and he is resting comfortably.

Good luck with the MDV. I'll be following your posts closely and praying for positive results.
