Just got my 2 month follow-up post IMRT (calypso) PSA is now 0.6. This was my first line of treatment for PC. Feel fine back to running and rowing as before my treatment. SE's have gone. Had ED before being diagnosed and it seems to not have changed though opportunity hasn't availed itself much due to having teenagers so wife and I are usually too tired at end of the day.

good to hear from you again, and glad you are doing well. yes, those lovely teen ager years. we had 3 in the house at one time, they weren''t so bad, it was the dozens of their friends that hung around our house constantly that made things hard. we were the "cool" parents so they all wanted to hang out at my house. however, we could always manage to find a way for some "private" times, good luck there

I also did IMRT combo though (neutron & photon) two machines used, as primary therapy and with ADT3 prior and after (2002 Dx). I monitored psa's monthy and my nadir level was 6 months post radiations, fyi it can take many months to hit the lowest level (nadir) psa, then also be aware of the psa bounce possibility (sudden rise in psa), the good is that it is followed thereafter with a nice big declining psa. You might wish to read about that just in case.
