This is all very ironic to me. Two years ago, in response to my first post here, the poet in this thread gave me a "welcome" that was, I felt, so rude and uncalled for, and just plain wrong, that I almost decided that HW was just not a welcoming place and not a forum I wanted to join. Some other guys had some friendly things to say, and so I stayed.
Point is, none of us is perfect. All of us are occasionally abrasive or insensitive in our remarks. We're human. I suggest that if we have a problem with someone on HW, we either use the "ignore" button or email them privately with our concerns.
(OK, I'll be standing by, waiting for the private emails)
