Update on my VA disability claim

For sure, there's no consistency in that system. I know I am far from being the only person fighting a long fight with the VA, but my local agents feel that I will prevail if I keep after it. It will be worth it to me in the end.

No, there really isn't such a thing as a VA Disabilty attorney, not in the same sense as with SSD. SSD attorneys are a big business everywhere, especially with so many over age 50+ long term unemployed people out there, I can only imagine what the wait time would be like now, if I were having to start the process.

I was fortunate with my SSD settlement, that I never have to be medically reviewed again, which is the more common resolution.
