Comments anyone?
I discussed this very issue with a uro about 5 yrs ago. I had BPH and serious urinary issues at the time. The uro prefered the holmium laser over the green light laser because it offered better precision. I had central lobe tissue growing into the bladder neck and the green light just wasn't accurate enough. The Turp offers a chance to get some tissue for pathology but you already know what you have. I think the only plus for the green light is the possibility that you won't require a catheter. My info is about 5 yrs old so none of it may apply today. I didn't have any procedure because I was dx with PCa and eventually had LARP.
