Anyone read Whole Life Prostate Book by Carter, Couzens Johns Hopkins?

We just saw "The Whole Life Prostate Book" on the new book shelf at our local library and had to borrow it.
It is full of statistics and pathways based upon recent data - and you guys know how much I like data.

The book is split into 4 parts:
Healthy prostate: basics, nutrition...
Waterworks: frequency, overactive, treatment options...
Inflammation: prostatitis, pelvic pain, treatments
Cancer: screening , risk, life expectancy, treatments, managing ED and incontinence. treatment if it comes back.

I only looked at the incontinence and cancer sections and liked it immediately. It is data driven. He suggests a chart to track your fluid intake, urine production, leakage activity etc. leakage. He mentions weighing your pee pads incontinence pads on a postal scale. He mentions the AdVance sling and the ideal candidate's leakage rate. On the ED side he discusses options - even trimix. It is up to date.

The cancer section is full of statistics and probabilities, many from Johns Hopkins research papers from 2011. Unfortunately I still got a brief wave of nausea when I ran my numbers but as Sonny says: "Every day is a bonus."

I will buy a copy (the only PCa book I have ever purchased) and will have it at the GFMPH NY if anyone wants to look at it.

Has anyone else seen this book? What did you think?

The book really seems up-to-date. This is the first edition, dated June 2012.

In case you want more data, the hard-cover book wrapped in the library jacket with Dewey decimal sticker weighs 685.17 grams at 72 F and RH of 52%.
