Yesterday I did the first injection at home. All went went pretty well, at first. My wife injected me and she (somehow) got the medication in her mouth. We were able to have sexual intercourse.
After 15 minutes or so, my wife began to have memory loss (severe).
She actually had amnesia for 7 1/2 hours. VERY frightening to her and me. We called the doctors and poison control. No one can seem to figure out why this happened. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Builder8, well after 5 years here, I must say that I have never heard of that reaction from anyone before. I am gonna be as interested as you in the answers you will get. Hope the wife is fully recovered today. :-)

Welcome Builder to our forum. I found this forum over a year ago when I was researching Trimix injections.

I am a Trimix user and have not heard about that side effect from Trimix. I do not know if this was the case, but my URO told me that after injecting Trimix my wife should not engage me in oral sex as some of the Trimix if not injected right can get into the urethra and travel out of the penis and should not be ingested orally. Maybe the reason is what happened to your wife. You may want to contact your compounding pharmacy to inquire about the memory side effect.  Good Luck

I would think that piercing the urethra would be painful enough the the "process" for the night would be ruined. However, there is the consideration that the injection site may not have closed.

I was told to hold pressure on the injection point for no less than five minutes, reason being to prevent bruising. Could leakage be a possibility if that step were skipped? Possibly. Could there be drops of medication still in the needles as it is removed that drips on the skin? Sounds possible.

I've not had a warning about oral sex and Trimix, but I guess it would not surprise me. I would talk to your compounding pharmacy as the ingredients vary for all of us.
