HEMP OIL AND ALSO LEMON JUICE FOR CANCERS???

Greetings All:

Have a fellow in my flying club that swears by hemp oil and also lemon juice for cancer. Anyone ever heard of this? Sounds like another urban myth to me. What's your take???
