Hi All,

I hope there is a cure soon. Something I can only wish for.
My Dad's doctor has prescribed xtandi but he is not a US resident and doent have insurance coverage. I was told that the company offers Manufacturer's coupons to the US residents - Does anyone have any coupons? Paying for this medicine out of pocket seems to be impossible and hence I am trying to find if there is a way to get a discount. I spoke to the xtandi Astella access representatives, who said that they can do nothing for a non-US resident patient. Infact they were not even ready to give any manufacturer's coupons or any kind of discount. My Dad's PSA has risen to 1600.
If anyone has any idea - please respond. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I certainly hope you get some help from the others on here and it all works out. Xtandi may be coming up in our hat of tricks. See you've been on Zytiga and Jevtana too. They should have been difficult unless on trials. We've been on Some of the same path. Take care.

Really sorry to hear of his difficulties. I don't know if anyone can have any solutions for him here, as far as affordable drug costs, but I'll kick it back up to the top of the page, hoping someone has something to offer for a solution.

Sorry to hear of your Dad's situation. Have you checked out clinical trials? many pay for the drug being tested.
