Well done. I agree with you. Fight it hard, early, and at every step. When I had recurrence 18 months out, my surgeon wanted me to wait six months just to do another PSA test. I told him "See you around," and moved onto a medical center that was willing to be aggressive. Lost a few months in the process; still furious with the original guy for losing me time. Haven't read much about the ARN trial. Best wishes!

Started hormone therapy (Lupron/Casodex) 12/11
Began radiation (SRT) 02/20/12.
Finished SRT 04/16/12
Last Lupron shot 03/12
PSA and testostorone "undetectable" 07/12
Next PSA and testostorone test early January
