I am 2 weeks out from my prostate removal. The surgery was da vinci robotic. I cannot get any semblance of a stream flow. The stream flow is about the size of thread. My penis has all but disappeared, to where I do not know. I have pain in the urethra.
HELP?

AE2 welcome.
Pain and poor flow is something to ask your uro about, and do so as soon as possible.

Shrunken penis problems have been experienced by many of us here, myself included.
Your penis is still the same size. The problem is that 1 to 2 inches of the urethra were inside the prostate and were also removed when the gland was removed, the penis can thus be pulled 1 to 2 inches closer to the bladder when the two cut ends of the urethra were sewn back together. This will get better over time.

you may be having stricutre issues. you need to speak to your uro/surgeon as soon as possible. you dont want to have a painful blockage, and end up in the ER having an emergency catheter put into place.

you don't know what pain is, until you have a full bladder with no way of being relieved, its a "10" on the pain scale.

please call your doctor
