Might as well always tell all three of us. Because we are not "at the desk hourly employees", you may not get as quick a response if you just send something to one. I'm usually here, but if I have to spend a day in the field, I'm not reading personal email.
That's also why I suggest sending an email to all of us instead of using the Admin alert button for the average problem. Higher likelyhood of finding someone to respond.
Also, for some issues, we may want to get together to talk about what the best answer is.
There is no divison of work - whoever is there and can deal with something is "It".
