The uro doc will sell you HT/ADT drugs for as long as they keep working, after that he becomes very clueless as to what is your next option(s). They also rarely do the blood panel markers testings that an oncologist does to know what is happening biologically (not just a psa number).

It could be possible to handle pelvic PCa, as some others might mention, depends on alot of variables and then again might mean it is beyond cureable, but still can be controllable. I know cause I have been there and done that, Dx 2002 with high lousy stats, fired my uro-doc genius after 2 yrs., did better without him and did excellent with an onco-doc ever since 2004-5. I probably have higher stats overall than what you may have. You can enjoy living and sing and maybe dance, I play guitar and sing even with all the fun drug therapies thus far, and that is almost 11 yrs. now. So, get out there and really put your heart and soul into it and enjoy.
