Today was my 9th treatment of IGRT, and my first meeting with the doctor since radiation started. I've had no side effects, and the meeting was totally boring (how I like it).
He did say I'm getting 70.2 grays, not the 68 I thought I was getting. I've pretty much established a routine with emptying bowels and filling the bladder. I changed my appointments from morning to afternoon, so I'm going to the gym before rather than after the treatment. With the sweating, I had to drink 40 vs 16 oz of water. I continue with the low fiber diet and the daily mild laxative.
So nothing to report but thanks to all who gave me tips. This may or may not cure me, but based on my experience so far it's not a bad treatment - at least so far.
