For those of you getting VA disability do you know if they send a 1099 each year? I am asking this question here because I know some of you are receiving benefits. Thanks for your help.

In my case, I usually get an e-mail letting me know it's ready to be downloaded from the MyPay website.

Susie,
You do not need a 1099, as all disability payments are not taxable and are not reported.
