I went from a T1c to a t3B....
That is not really how it works, so don't panic. The best information the uro had available pre-surgery gave you a clinical T1c. You would have had to have a lot more easily-visible symptoms to score worse. If you had done anything but surgery, that number would have been all you had.
Your post-op pathology gave you a T3b. That is a different evaluation based on different input. You joined me in results, and are not the least bit an unusual case.
What I am trying to explain is that you now have two unique values, the first of which is a somewhat inexact but professional guess based on the tests you underwent, the second of which is reality of prostate tissue under the microscope.
You have been swamped with good advice and wishes, so I'll not add on more of the same.
