RadDad's battle cry! I never met the gentleman, but I feel sorry at his passing and know that a simple memorial will be made at the GFMPH in La by his many friends..Bud welcomed me with open arms to this forum and I always thought that his posts showed compassion and common sense..It was heart
warming to read his words of support to his "warrior women"--Let's not forget!

I doubt that Bud will be forgotten anytime soon, with any of us. I just wished he had "beat this crap".

Yes, he had to leave us much too soon, but to know that he will never be forgotten says so much about our dear brother.

I still get teary-eyed.  I miss him so much!  Funny thing, I sent him pictures of my four Grandchildren but never did get around to sending him Ron's photo, or even mine.  I haven't deleted his emails yet.  Gigi is such a beautiful baby.  That's right, we won't forget him!

Well, I just got out of the hospital after four days.  This was a shock as I haven't been in a hospital since my youngest chid was born 30+ years ago.  I had CT scans, MRI on the brain, lots of blood tests and no reason discovered for vertigo, dizziness and vomiting (three episodes).   First time Ron needed to take care of me!  Very strange.  I know I have gotten dehydrated, but...

Aimzee, I hope you feel better. I am kinda new here so I didnt know Bud like you all but from reading all the posts I wish I had known him somewhat. What a terrific guy, God Bless him. I find myself using that word ( crap ) a lot more now. RIP Bud.

Thank you, Donald.  I'm getting there.  I am so use to taking care of Ron that it was funny him doing all the spoiling.  Yes, Bud was just such a sweet guy and very understanding.  It just seemed like it happened so fast.  Always good to enjoy each day as they come and find some goodness, even if it's just a loved one's smile - or a Grandbabe's hug!

I hope you are having a good recovery from you surgery and that the worse is behind you!
