I am too very interested in any advice. My husbands pc at 42 should be a wake up call for our family. We can all use better nutrition n exercise but what supplements should I get my hubby on?
Exercise is certainly very important, along with weight control. As for eating habits -- I think the best general rule I've ever hear paraphrases like this: "Eat anything you want, but do it in three different ways -- moderation, moderation & moderation."
I don't know if any supplements really do any good. Seems there is always some study saying one thing that is usually followed up with a subsequent study that says just the opposite.
I think just good exercise & "moderation......" is the best way. The rest of it is probably up to individual genetics.
