HELP!!

thanks logoslidat! he JUST finished rolling his foot on the frozen
bottle!! haha they gave him some good exercises today at PT and he will go twice a week till its good. we have a great PT...!!
i think what is so hard for him is the fact that he was soooo active before this ordeal. fish, hunt, you name it he did it. Tough having to refrain from some of this. we are going to Alaska in Aug for our 45th anniversary so we have that to look forward to and think about. i know when i find myself a little down,,it helps to plan and think about things i want to do and places i want to go!! We'll get there......one day at a time.....:)
