Hey all,
First I'd like to share a website www.cancer.net from the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Cancer.Net is an ASCO sponsored and supported website for all cancers and for many other health issues.

Smartphone users can also get a really nice application with excellent content on prostate cancer. Anybody new would mostly benefit, but I think as a guy who has been around this stuff for a while I like the app as well. Here's more about it...

Cool stuff...

Now you can research and surf anything cancer and other stuff while in church, at a wedding, in the bathroom, touring a volcano, etc. and just about anywhere on the planet.

Do you know if they have a version for us Windows 8 phone users? Since like most of the apps are for either Apple or Droid based phones.

I know they don't have the App for Windows 8 yet.

I also know that Windows 8 mobile users will continue to face the harsh reality that Microsoft is too late to the mobility game and that they have less than a 10% share of the Smartphone market and will always the be last for the application development folks since the Android and iPhone own that market right now. (I think Microsoft is even behind Blackberry/RIM here and that ain't a good sign)

true tony, but people are missing a treat with window 8 phones, mine is a HTC.

most intuitive phone I have ever touched, especially if you are an old windows guy like me

and the specs are as good as or better than an iphone 5 for much less money, and if you like windows 8 on the computer you would love it on the phone

realize, as always ,lol, I always end up in the minority

Thanks for the notice Tony. Downloaded app from iTunes on iPad last night. Read most of info on PC. This will be a good app with links for those newly diagnosed and for us who been on the journey for a bit.
