This forum has offered such support to me and I want to thank everyone for that !!!....

All of you listen and say whats on your mind. Having a place to turn to and talk about PC issues with real people that have compassion for the issue at hand is so important to all of us dealing with this terrible disease.

Through my journey over the last two years, my last wife divorced me over my PC issues, she was afraid it would effect her financially and that my problems would drag her down with me and her quality of life would change...it was a very shallow thing to do after 8 years of marriage, but it is what it is.......

PC, ED and trying to find new love is not easy....but I have done it !!!! turn

After my divorce, I reunited with a great lady that I meet over 9 yrs ago....I have shared with her everything regarding my PC....she has been totally understanding, supportive and loving through all my tests, uncertainties and issues.

Having a supportive partner is so, so, important.....to all you wives/partners out there traveling down this road with a man with PC...... a big THANK YOU !!!!

Our wedding date is set for September 28th !!!! At last, a positive event in my life..... !!!

I will also be toasting to that at the bar tonight !!!

Curt, man you've no idea how your wonderful news made my day! Congratulations, and thanks for sharing this life-affirming news with all of us.

As for us women who share this journey with our guys, it is an honor and a privilege to walk side by side with them.

Curt, I would join the others in wishing you and your new wife nothing but the best for your future together. Sounds like you have found a loving, supportive and caring soul-mate.

You picked a great date too. It has been said that there will also be a wedding on September 28th at the GFMPH NY gathering. Two of our brothers getting married on the same day is awesome.

I wish you the absolute best. Life is looking good and "Every Day is A Bonus", so go out and choke the life out of them.

Congratulations, and here's to a lifetime of happiness for the two of you!

You may have already thought about this, but there could actually be a wonderfully positive side effect of this for you.

It has been pretty well established that positive, uplifting events in people's lives can have a definite, positive effect on their overall health.

You may find that your battle with the beast is suddenly taking a turn for the better, because your emotions, outlook, and level of optimism are now so much better than they were before!

Let's hope so! Again, congratulations!

Same lady you are thinking of and is from the Philippines...her name is Dahlia and is the love of my life !!!

We have our interview for her Visa at the US Embassy in Manila on Aug 8th and I will be bringing her home shortly after that. I will be leaving Seattle on Aug 4th to be with her during the interview and to celebrate her birthday on Aug 11th.

Living life to it's fullest !!!!

Wow..... !!! That is really neat....glad I am sharing the same day with another brother and two great ladies !!!!

I will certainly be thinking about having a drink about that also !!!

Send one of us a photo of you and your bride to be so we can prop you up on our table and include you at our toasts in Rochester. I am fairly sure that the "G" in GFMPH will stand for Great! instead of Good on that day and we'll need a bit of extra wine to celebrate all that gooderness going on. All that will require more things to raise our glasses to.

Although, if anybody brings that Pomegranate wine again I may have to hide the picture.

From one Kurt (with a K) to another (with a C), hearty congratulations on the wonderful news.   So glad to hear of your plans. I just returned home this morning from getting my own Marriage License at the county courthouse; my own wedding is planned for 4-weeks, 1-day, 5-hours and 18-minutes from now…but who’s counting?!   (I recommend one of the many free countdown apps which are available, although I can attest that they contribute to anxiety…can we get everything done in 4-weeks, 1-day, 5-hours and 18-minutes???   Stress!!   PSA anxiety is nothing in comparison!) I think it’s very cool that we have 3 upcoming weddings of HW/PC members, and especially you two on the same day! I’m very happy that you have found new love! -Casey (K.C.)
