-mine started off well with a phone call stating that I had just won the "people's choice award" for my painting, "Nighttime" at the Lindsay Gallery Juried Art show.

Here in Philly the weather is pretty nice, no humidity or chace of rain.Unfortunaly have to work tomorrow but at least I'll be working in nice weather.

Tatt2man, congrats on the awards! My used to love painting and is/was pretty good at it.

It's a great weekend. Went to my marquetry workshop today. Got the grand kids in town. Went camping.

and I am exhausted.

We are in our 8th wet weekend in a row, most unusual for SC in July.

Happy here as well. Caught a Salmon yesterday and just picked up my crab pots with 5 beautiful Dungeness crab in it. Life is good in the Pacific Northwest.
