Followed up with my urologist today, a bit over 3 months after my SRT. He was happy with my 0.04 (down from 0.22), and said I could expect the numbers to vary a bit over the next year or so, but that I've had a good response. All of my SEs have resolved, except for ED, so he said the only thing to watch for is constriction of the urethra which sometimes happens after radiation. If I feel like I can't empty my bladder all the way, I need to go see him, because by the time I have that symptoms he said the urethra is already 70% constricted.
I discussed ED with him, and told him I had stopped the trimix because I was developing some bend (peyrone's). I went back to viagra but had nasal congestion and blue vision. He said that was normal and not dangerous but gave me Levitra to try. I then asked about
(gasp) an implant. He said they work well and there's a doc in his practice who does them, but he would not recommend it until I've tried everything else, because it is surgery.
So, overall I'm in a much better spot today than I've been at any time over the last 4 years.

Hi reachout,
My husband had surgery 9 months ago and has ED. He is under the care of an ED specialist. He is doing an ED rehab program that combines Viagra with trimix injections (twice a week). My husband developed slight peyronies shortly after he started using trimix. My husband's ED doctor had him use a penile extender (the brand was Fastsize) to treat the peyronies. He wore the extender for 2 hours a day on the days that he did not inject. This treatment was successful. After a few months my husband's peyronies was gone. My husband continues to inject with trimix (alternating the sides where he injects) and has had no further problems with curvature.

Congrats Reachout. I'm happy to see that your SRT appears to have been a success. I hope you continue to see that dreaded PSA number drift away to infinity.

Congrats on your numbers. You should be happy with the results so far.
Glad you are doing the best you have in the past 4 years now.

That's a great number. Here's hoping it stays that way.
I've used Levitra, congestion and a slight headache but no blue vision.
