Hi All I am six months post prostate removal. Operation and PSA's all went as planned. I have been on Cialis 10mg since the operation and the only erection I can get is either through the pump or injections of TriMix. I "exercise" the little guy 5/6 times a week in an effort to get a natural erection but nothing is happening. I guess what I want to know is if this all I can expect then I'd like to know that.

That is very Normal. It's usually up to 2 years before a natural erection occurs and that depends on prior ED, if nerves were spared and how they heal.

I was told that they were able to save most but not all of the nerves. But no one said it was a two year effort. Good to know but now I have 18 months to keep working on the problems.
Thanks for the reply.

There are some guys who see function before the cath comes out, but that presents its own set of problems.
Just keep the rehab going, beg pill samples from every doc you visit, and don't give up hope.

Don't work to hard (pardon the pun). Give Mr Pee Wee a chance to rest from time to time.
