I jog for one hour (7+ miles) every day. Been doing it for years, before AND after surgery. I had a kidney stone back in 2008 and believe it was because I never drank any fluids while jogging. I think that was dehydrating me and formed the stone. Now I make sure to drink plenty of an energy drink (I love Powerade Zero grape flavor).
No calories in this, so I'm not putting any calories back as I try to burn them off -- only putting fluids back into my body.
If you do not drink anything, you should give this a try while jogging. If you already do, then try to increase the quantity of intake & see if that helps.
Good luck!
