Newly Diagnosed with PC? -- Read this first thread suggests several well respected labs you can use. (Drs. Oppenheimer, Bostwick and Epstein). A lot of your decisions moving forward will revolve around the microscopic examination of those samples. It's a good idea to have a second set of very-experienced eyes look at them.
Once you have that out of the way, you can worry about
your focal perineural invasion if you still want to although, candidly, it's not that big a deal.
