To save everyone the agony of suspense, I will be locking this thread at 11:00 Eastern time today. You all knew it was coming. When I lock the thread I will edit out anything egregiously political from comments that follow this one.

I appreciated the efforts that many of you have made to keep the thread from becoming too political but the strain is obviously telling.

I'd like to thank everyone for their restraint but I don't see much actionable information coming out of this thread. I don't think it is doing us personally any good and whatever problems the new health care laws may have, they are not ours to solve.
