Appears that the FDA has approved use of this technology to treat bone mets (link), and Wikipedia says that General Electric's healthcare division is a part owner of the company that developed this technology.

Israel has many of the best technology innovations in the world today. If someone was going to make a major technical advance like this, it would not surprise me if they are the ones to do it.

This is about the most hopeful technology I have seen. HIFU uses ultrasound but this looks like IGHIFU (image guided HIFU)! I read an article some time ago about medical research in Israel related to cancer treatment and they were working on a drug, with some success, that had application with curative intent in nineteen different cancers one of which was PCa. Seems like they are on the cutting edge.
