Had Da Vinci Prostatectomy on 11/5/2013. Catheter out 7 days later. Severe incontinence for about two weeks. Doing kegels three to four times per day. This morning, 11/25/2013, I tested woody manually and achieved a full erection relatively easy and even had an orgasm. Somehow, to my amazement, I secreted seminal fluid. Some urine seeped out but was minimal. The urinary continence is coming back and now I can go all day on one pad. Can anyone explain how I can still secrete seminal fluid (no semen, just the clear gooey liquid)? Please let me know.
