Sonny, Jess and I are praying that everything works best for you, looking forward to seeing you guys this spring.

Mike - I was listening to the fill-in talk show host Dan Bongino former secret service guy, and he sounds exactly like you, happy and you can almost see the smile in his face when you listen to him.
Sonny, welcome to my world if you go the HT route. With Casodex a couple weeks before and after and then Lupron, should be able to make that 82.5 PSA go way down, but same will happen to your testosterone. Probably Xgeva too to prevent so called skeletal events and lessen the chances of osteoporosis.
If you need any dental extractions, do then before you start the HT.
I am very lucky with no pain due to mets in spine nor even any fatigue despite being agent 005 on Testosterone where low end of normal is 300. Unfortunately the medical oncologist was right about
the total loss of libido, no need to worry about
being able to perform without T since I have lost all desire anyway. Having an adventurous spouse to now do the initiation is a blessing.
Of course not all are so lucky and can give you litanies of how badly HT sucks.
Sherry can let you know what to expect on hot flashes. Knowing her, she'll just tell you how hot a husband she just married.
We'll try to trek over to Space Coast area between time you get back and Christmas.
Do tell Tall Allen in person how much we all appreciate his sage advice on this forum and enjoy the time with your son who hopefully has adjusted form NY lifestyle to left coast.
