The discussion on value of vitamin D is one of Dr Charles 'Snuffy" Myers' hot buttons. He is one of the few who measures serum D levels

Jim,

He does...and for me he checks 2 different kinds of vitamin D....cacidiol and calcitriol....one is the level of vitamin d level after its processed by the liver, the other after its processed by the kidneys...both are important to Myers but not completely sure why...but that's why he's the doc...

..This is exactly what I needed to see at this very moment in time thank you for sharing.. I am dealing with this mineral loss and showing slight signs of osteoporosis..
