Cancer patients are notoriously guilty of associating every pain as cancer related, after cancer diagnosis. Be prudent, but reasonably so.
I started having pain on the outside of my hip shortly after doc found a lump on my prostate and I was sure it was bad news. But the pain mysteriously went away a few weeks ago after hurting for about
3 months. It was on the outside of my hip and I was wondering if mets usually happened at the joint.
And before someone says go get a biopsy, mri and biopsy are scheduled for next week. It just seems strange that I am suddenly seeing improvements in so many symptoms. I did start taking graminex about
2 weeks ago, but the hip pain stopped about
a week prior to that. I do believe my prostate has shrunk some since I started the graminex, but that might be just coincidence.
