wound issues

Hi guys. 4 weeks past surgery. Scab just came off over belly button. Poured yellow ish liquid. about a spoonful. Now my wife can see about a half inch into my belly. 2 small holes. Anyone have this happen?

Time to call the doc. Maybe nothing, maybe something but you should ask about it.

I had nothing like that at all. Your doctor really needs to take a look at it.

Did you have stitches or super glue (surgical Dermabond)? I had Dermabond and my wounds stayed closed for over 6 weeks. When I returned 10 days after surgery to get my catheter removed, I was told that a yellowish fluid might drain from the wounds.

With that said, you should call your doctor or nurse.
