pain after surgery

I had my surgery just a little over 3 weeks and still have lots of pain in my rectum scrotum and penis. When I ask they say in inflamation. How any of you experience this and how long should it last

Everyone is different. I had no pain. Never took a single pain pill.

However, at about 4 months I got home from work one day and noticed I looked like the Elephant Man "down there". Penis and scrotum bulging in the weirdest and biggest of ways. The next day things were back to normal. Uro said it had something to do with "proteins" and an illness I'd had. Said he'd seen guys swollen from the waste to the bottom of their toes in disturbing fashion.

I'm sure in the not too distant future your swelling will be nothing but a bad memory.

I had a lot of pain for about 3 weeks.

I dont know why but between maybe week 3-4 I passed bloodclots 4-5 days and the day after that my pain was basically gone.

I had pain some days ... but almost none after 3 weeks, except pissing myself on the odd occasion.
