Still in the zeros, I think.

I had my 381 day post op visit and PSA test yesterday, everything is still looking good even though I seem to be bouncing around the number chart a bit.

The PSA was 0.03 according to my doc.

This is the ultra sensitive test, is that a good number for the that test?
My post op PSA history below, is bouncing around a little bit. Is that normal?

Standard test - 5-23-13 <0.10
Ultra - 06-17-13 0.09
Ultra - 09-23-13 0.04
Ultra - 01-06-14 0.06
Ultra - 04-07-14 0.03

That is a great number!! Bounces are not unusual and you certainly have no upward trend, so celebrate and enjoy life. You are well on your way to a lifetime of zeros.

Okay, thanks y'all!
Forgot to mention, the doc moved me to 6 month appointments. That sounded good to me!
Other than the ED, I am feeling pretty well!

Those are great numbers, and your PSA history. You should be both thrilled and happy with them, I know I sure would be. Enjoy it, and your life.

Another question, Will my PSA ever level off and remain constant or will it always fluctuate?
I know the difference in the numbers now is very minor, but I wish they were more constant.

With ultra sensitive tests it could continue to fluctuate, but as long as there is no steady rise to .1 or beyond, it doesn't matter. You may find that the fluctuations are at lower numbers (like .01 to .02 or .04 to.02, etc). The price you may pay for the ultra sensitive test.
