hi walt, thanks for the post it's just nice to hear that it's nice outside (and 5 o'clock) somewhere. up here in Michigan we've had a brutal winter it just started getting nice about a week ago then this morning we wake up to another 3 in of snow setting a new season total of 94.8 in (yea). I had finally put the fishing boat in a couple of weeks ago (the channel had been clogged with flow ice from lake huron)and have been catching some walleye, but probably will not get the cruiser in for at least another month.
but your post has inspired me to go put on my carharts and go out to the boathouse sit in the boat and have a drink.

Carl, glad to been the source for some inspiration. Its a little cool here but I basically had the lake to myself except for a few fisherman. Texoma is a beautiful lake. Fell in love with her about
the first time I was on her. I have a 30' cruiser and keep it in year round here. We get a fair number of days even in the winter where its nice to be on the boat. My soul needs it especially right now. Pretty darn sick and tired of waiting. Not in my nature.
