Jim:
I see your T level is lower than mine (mine is currently 10).
I am suddenly finding working out to be a big problem. I have to sit down for 5-10 minutes between machines as I get lightheaded and almost pass out. Yet this is not a problem doing cardio or having energy to get through the day. I am active at work and doing just fine. But the weights just seem to get me. I suspect this is totally due to low T (my blood tests show very slight anemia). Have you noticed any problems?

Hi Mel.
I too have been pleasantly surprised that i have no fatigue, with the only Lupron side effect at beginning of year 2 being the total lack of libido.
I have gained a few pounds, but that seems to coincide with timing of GFMPH feasts, and do not work out as I should, hence can't answer your question on impact on my exercise regimen.
I thought walking and bike riding was sufficient but uro gave me trouble last week for not doing any weight bearing, other than carrying my overweight self.
I'll get more of a natural workout in June when I spend 4 weeks in San Jose with grand kids.
