Five years on - anxiety at a low

I think it's great when a member posts, as you have done, to say something like it's been five years (or more) since the Dx, treatment has worked, and things continue to look good.

It's the "beacon of hope" post, a fine and helpful demonstration to others that, yes, "beating back the beast can be done." Such posts are always very encouraging and inspiring to so many.

Congratulations on your progress, thank you for telling us about it, and best wishes for your continued success!

Congratulations, Alf! You've reached the point that we guys not as far along aspire to get to. Our hope is to be at a point someday when prostate cancer doesn't dominate our lives, when significant milestones slip by without our even noticing any longer. I wish you the best for continued victory over this terrible beast!
