Xgeva vs Zometa?

Which is the best of Zometa and Xgeva? Is it higher chance to develop liver metastases when you're on Xgeva? (I just read about a man who used Xgeva and he got low calsium, phosphate and magnesium values). He died, and the wife suspected the Xgeva to cause the low values. And this man also developed liver metastases.
I was wondering if Xgeva (or Zytiga) can develop liver metastases and is unsafe to use?

Husband opted for Xgeva for several reasons.
1. It's an injection instead of an infusion.
2. Xgeva is easier on the kidneys (have to really stay hydrated while on Zometa (I know someone who suffered kidney failure because they were not told about the hydration).
3. Taking certain vitamins helps with some of the functions and some such as a multiple vitamin causes an adverse effect. Doctor should make patient aware and also run labs on patient every time an injection is given.

You can see by signature how long husband has been on it and why.
This is just one persons opinion......and you make your own judgement.
