how fast results with chemo?

How fast is ut normal to see a decrease in PSA when you're on chemo? Isn't it normal with PSA increase in the beginning?
my dad measured his PSA after 1 treatment and it had increased a little bit. Now he's had 2 treatments, but I guess it's still too early to see a PSA decrease?

Smurf, I'm sorry that I can't answer your question from any experience. From what I have learned, it seems that PSA can rise after treatments, before it takes effect. I'm hoping others will respond to either correct me or agree. I think your best option is to ask medical professionals. Hoping for the best.
