does sexual activity after surgery afect PSA results

HI all,

I am 6 months post surgery and have had 2 PSA tests so far, all coming back undetectable.
I am due for my next one and I am wondering if sexual activity (climax) affects PSA tests after surgery.
Logic tells me it shouldn't, but I just want to make sure.
