I have no idea but it occurs to me that you might go at the problem the other way around. A minute's Googling suggests that Genesis Compounding Pharmacy is probably the local supplier for trimix in the St L area. You might try calling them and asking what their prices are for standard strength trimix and whether there is a urologist who sends a lot of patients to them. They may be able to give you the name of a few doctors you might call. That would also give you some sort of a feel for what sort of markup the clinic you mentioned is charging.
