My mom passed away a year ago from colon cancer. She taught me that every day is a gift and lived it every day until the end. I hope someday, that I will do the same.

I know it's been a tough day on HW ... this is a video that i watch to help remind myself of the importance of today.

Thank you Ray for caring enough about us to post this. There is a very important message in it that we all need. Not just those of us dealing with cancer, but ALL of us who go about our daily lives without giving appreciation for the beauty that being gifted another day truly means.

"Every Day IS A Bonus" and it is up to us to truly treat the gift for what it is.

Sometimes you just need to stop and see the time lapse.. It really puts everything into perspective.. Stops the worry and makes us know the importance of our being.. Thanks for this

Even a "bad" day, is still a bonus and a blessing, it's important to see that with each passing day of our lives. Thanks for the thread.

Thanks Ray and all the others,

Beautiful link!! This is one reason I'm excited to attend my first GFPMH in Sept. in NY. To meet my brothers and their families dealing with PC.

Sometimes we tend to take the little things for granted. Since I was DX, I do my best not to do that. I've always appreciated life, beauty and God's handy work!

Just taking it one day at a time!
