Application for zero club membership

Got my PSA results yesterday - <0.05.

If my understanding is correct, this means there was less PSA than the testing equipment could reliably detect, so on that basis I believe that I can be a member of the zero club. I guess it would be probationary, as I am still on Zolodex for another 15 months
