Was diagnosed several months ago with a low grade (G6), 2 cores at 5% an 10%.
Am finding now that things that used to easy and some everyday activities to be a monumental task. An ophthalmologist told me what looked like a massive cyst was an opportunistic infection that oftentimes is stress related and thrives when defenses are down.
I've been told by one oncologist to have it all just taken out, and another to just maintain AS and WW. They based recommendation on the same information. I don't know the right road to follow is, am not qualified to decide and am torn apart not knowing if I'm doing the right thing. Of course, I'd take the AS route but will regrets be ahead? Tough choice. Personal history and more are here, no sense posting it all twice: https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=35&m=3222268&g=3222288#m3222288
Regardless, have others found daily tasks to become monumental? Or feel lightheaded and dizzy at times? Is that part of the PC?
For instance, getting up a small incline after stashing the trash cans in the back yard was an ordeal and something I never gave a second thought to, others have said I look terrible and I have been lightheaded and dizzy at times, one old guy sitting on his porch when I tried walking a few blocks to the grocery came to me and offered to call 911. Even climbing a staircase is taking it's toll. Have never been like this before.
PCP said I was fine after doing some blood work. Suspected Lyme, but that was ruled out.
I don't know what to do! I feel like my life is washing down a big spiral tube...
